Treeman Family Foundation and Oklahoma Arts Council


Starlight Band is Oklahoma's only professional concert band and includes over 50 musicians under the direction of Artistic Director L. Dale Barnett. Rich Fisher, jazz director, leads Starlight's Jazz Orchestra.

Programs contain a variety of music including patriotic, Broadway, pops, big band and jazz, and promise "something for everyone."

The Friends of Starlight Concerts, Inc. is a 501c3 organization, supported by local corporate sponsors, arts organizations, foundations, and individuals.


Concerts are held at Guthrie Green, 111 E. M.B. Brady, in Tulsa's vibrant Brady Arts District, unless otherwise indicated.

All concerts begin at 8 pm at Guthrie Green.  Concerts at other venues may start at other times.  Please check on starting time for all off-site concerts.

June 5 - Tuesday

Starlight Jazz Orchestra presents "Music from the Big Band Era & All That Jazz" at the Regional Arts Alliance of Broken Arrow's Tuesdays in the Park.  This concert begins at 7:00 pm and ends at 9:00 pm.

June 12 - Tuesday

Starlight Band presents "Women of Music".  This concert will feature music by female composers and some guest female conductors!  We will also have special music from the Sweet Adelines.

June 19 - Tuesday

Starlight Band presents "America Revisited".

June 26 - Tuesday

Starlight Jazz Orchestra and the Air National Guard of the Southwest Jazz Band present "Bernstein's 100th & Big Band Broadway".

July 5 - Thursday

Starlight Band presents "America Revisited" at Utica Square's Fifth Night. This concert will begin at 7:00 pm and end at 9:00.

July 10 - Tuesday 

Starlight Band presents "Route 66" with special guests, author and Route 66 Alliance co-founder Michael Wallis and the executive director of the Alliance, Ken Busby. 

July 17 - Tuesday

Starlight Band presents “At the Movies”.  Join us for an evening of music from the movies, followed by a silent movie.  We will have an organist accompaniment and the combination will whisk you back to a simpler time in life.

July 24 - Tuesday

Starlight Jazz Orchestra will present our last concert, “Jazz Under the Stars”.


Free. Parking is also free. The venue is accessible to those with disabilities.


Tax-deductible donations are accepted at each concert, by mail, or online.


Concessions are available. The public can bring blankets, lawn chairs, picnic dinners, and pet dogs on leashes. Door prizes are given away at each concert.
